Invite to partake in workshops

Outrider artists in association with Clare County Council would like to invite two selected artists to participate in a four-day workshop from 13-16^th May as part of the European Presidency EU Local Partnership Scheme.

“The Future is Domestic!” is an artistically experimental exploration of art making in the small rural community outside Ennistymon, Co.Clare. We are combining international artistic collaborations with artists from SERDE, Latvia and MoKS, Estonia to question the conflation of domestic and public spaces through practical workshops, presentations and group discourses.

We would like to offer 2 artists free participation with the small group who will partake in the workshops offered by MoKS on sound and drawing in the landscape and SERDE on alcohol making and herbal tintures. (While we can offer tea, lunch and invites to all the group gatherings and meals, selected Artists will need their own transport and/or accommodation.)
